Retail Operations Brand Specialist

General Summary:

Reports to Vice President of Retail

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our corporate retail team as a Corporate Retail Operations and Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the overall success and representation of our brand across various retail locations. This position involves strategic planning, collaboration with store teams, and a focus on enhancing the brand’s image and customer experience.

Essential Functions:

Retail Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate retail strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide insights for improving retail operations.

Brand Representation:

  • Serve as the corporate brand ambassador, ensuring consistent brand messaging and representation across all retail locations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute brand campaigns at the retail level.

Training and Development:

  • Develop training programs and materials to educate retail teams on brand values, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for retail staff, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Customer Experience:

  • Work closely with retail teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Implement and monitor customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Retail Managers:

  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with individual store managers to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to resolve operational challenges at the retail level.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute retail-specific marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure that in-store promotions align with overall brand messaging.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in corporate retail, brand management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel to various retail locations as needed.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • May be driving, standing or sitting for extend period of times
  • Able to lift, carry, and lower totes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Some days of prolonged walking
