Transportation Lead
he Lead will primarily be responsible for dispatching the day-to-day activities of the transportation department. Ability to work Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 2 pm, days, must be trainable for routing, and hours must be flexible to accommodate additional business needs.
Primary Responsibility:
Transportation Lead will be dispatching and monitoring fleet operations. The driver lead will also dispatch workloads, schedules, delivery processes, route in the absence of the supervisor and other related transportation functions as it relates to daily operations. The lead will communicate service issues, safety concerns, training needs and driver improvements. The lead will coordinate with supporting departments to maintain company operational and service expectations, while championing Customer service goals of the organization. The lead route and do deliveries as needed. The lead will maintain and manage all databases relating to transportation activities. And ensure compliance of all DOT safety standards along with the proper maintenance of vehicles.
Driver Related Responsibilities:
Ensure drivers are:
- clocking in within their required start times and in proper uniform.
- performing proper pre-trips, including having their license and DOT medical card.
- checking their paperwork matches their route, including having the correct pallets and cold totes.
- logging into their route tablets, electronic logs books, and connected to their units.
- departing the yard within the departure time limit.
- following delivery procedures at stops, such as counting tobacco, grocery, and cold totes.
- arriving at and departing from delivery stops in their tablets.
- filling out PODs and taking pictures of PODs with their tablets.
- meeting their stop time requirement at all stops.
- giving suitable customer service and relating any problems to dispatch.
- unloading their trucks upon return to yard.
- completing proper post trip.
- returning empty totes and returns with RMA specialist.
- returning their keys, PODs, and placing their tablets on charging stand.
- clocking out within the required time frame.
DOT Related Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with FMCSA and DOT Policies.
- Confirm DOT/FMCSA and safety regulations are followed per driver, including monthly safety meetings
- Perform audits on drivers, DVIR Process, ELD Logs.
- Ensure all company meet DOT requirements before departing from warehouse.
Operational Related Responsibilities:
- Maintain Fuel card readiness and proper maintenance of fuel receipts.
- Track drivers schedule delivery times, out of route miles, and tablet performance.
- Work closely with the drivers on equipment requirements (including PM's, communication on repairs needed, fuel cards, etc.)
- Maintain company vehicle keys.
- Recovery of PODs that are damage, missing, or left at customer and deliver to accounting.
- Scheduling and logging vehicle maintenance with 3rd party repair vendors.
- Auditing vehicles for accident and driver abuse damaged.
- Provide daily recaps.
- Review driver dash camera for safety compliance take appropriate progressive disciplinary action, as necessary.
- Perform delivery driver responsibilities as needed.
- Prepare routing for daily deliveries as needed.
- May be required to route on Sunday as needed.
- Monitor driver attendance.
- Review and monitor drivers’ suggestions or complaints and take appropriate action.
- Fill in as a back-up driver when needed.
- Must be able to work flexible hours/shifts as business needs changes.

- Maven, Samsara, GHRA Dashboard, TA, My Route Online, Fuelman Ifleet, DISA, Pro-tread Training Software, and LYTX knowledge.

Promotions Driver/ Helper
General Summary:
Reports to Transportation Manager
Responsible for transporting and unloading merchandise at customer locations.
Primary Responsibility:
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. Ensures proper product returns and accurate invoicing. Ensures deliveries are in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the transportation of products to customer locations
- Unloads, and verifies products properly at customer locations
- Delivers all returned product and empty totes back to the warehouse daily
- Accountable for all assigned company assets
- Truck equipment/inventory
- Service and appearance
- Record retention and maintenance requirements
- Follows all operational and quality control procedures
- Maintains all government requirements
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- 1-2 years driving experience with class C license
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Excellent verbal communication
- Maintains professional appearance
- Ability to read maps
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Lift gate experience
Educational Requirements:
- Class “C” driver’s license
- Completed Drivers safety classes

- Standing: To operate controls on equipment

RMA Inventory Specialist - 2nd Shift
General Summary:
Reports to the Inventory Supervisor
The RMA Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing data and analytical support for GHRA’s inventory team.
Primary Responsibility:
The RMA Specialist will work hand in hand with the Inventory Team to ensure GHRA maintains accuracy within item attributes for the warehouse, inventory counts, maintaining expiration spreadsheet, systematically moving inventory that affect retail operations, GHRA members, category managers, and floor personnel.
Essential Functions:
- Process all inbound / out POD reports
- Record and process all tote returns from members
- Research / process all returns from member stores, validate if it’s an inventory item or non-inventory item
- Process and issues all credit returns
- Provide detailed Customer issue resolutions, by contacting members and providing documentation of the conversation.
- Report out daily total POD’s for the day and make sure all PODS are returned daily
- Effectively manage short dated products out to C N C
- Offline inventory of damage and expire items
- Manage return expire and damage area

Inventory Lead
General Summary:
Reports to the Shipping / Inventory Supervisor
The Inventory Lead will be primarily responsible for providing data and analytical support for GHRA’s inventory team.
Primary Responsibility:
The Inventory Lead will work hand in hand with the Procurement team, receiving team, floor and tobacco team to ensure GHRA maintains accuracy within item attributes for the warehouse, the ordering app and the cash n carry operation with effective problem solving. This position will be responsible for resolving inventory related issues such as UPC’s, inventory counts, maintaining expiration spreadsheet, setting primary locations, systematically moving inventory that affect retail operations, GHRA members, category managers, and floor personnel.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with identifying SKU discrepancy’s in our master file daily
- Assist with synchronizing data across GHRA’s systems
- Resolve UPC scanning issues at the C n C level in a timely manner
- Run a daily “Zero Shipped Report” and create count group(s) to support the outbound process
- Resolve items without primary locations
- Resolve zero shipped items that are in stock
- Effectively manage short dated products out to C n C
- Assist with resolving EDI UPC issues for ultimate customer service
- Assist the Procurement team with inbound PO discrepancy’s
- Manages a team of Inventory Specialist and RMA Specialist
- Responsible for all auditing all duties performed by RMA and Inventory Specialist
- Is responsible for 2-5 inventory specialists
- Supports the shipping team as needed
- Covers the Inventory Supervisors role when on vacation
